Michael Doyle
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Doyle has recently joined SurgeryPartners as our Chief Executive Officer overseeing both the firm's day-to-day operations and our expansion into new partnerships. He brings to the position both clinical experience and an extensive healthcare management background, spending 10 years in a large corporate healthcare organization. Mr. Doyle has held a variety of leadership positions with that firm and finally leaving a national position as Senior Vice President of Operations to join SurgeryPartners . Michael is a hands-on manager and has a wealth of practical experience development and management of hospitals, Surgical Centers and imaging centers. He holds a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and a Masters of Business Administration from Troy State University in Alabama. Mr. Doyle's mix of development experience and multi-site management skills will be vital as SurgeryPartners executes our expansion plans.
Jeff Parks
Vice President of Operations
Jeff Parks joined Surgery Partners in June of 2006 as Vice President of Operations bringing with him 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Of those he spent 10 years serving as an Assistant Vice President of Development in addition to managing diagnostic, surgery, and rehabilitation centers in the Southeast as a Vice President of Operations with a large national healthcare organization. He holds a bachelors degree from Auburn University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is also a member of the NASD with Series 22 and 63 licenses. His experience and knowledge will play a vital role in the growth and development of Surgery Partners.
Eric Zinckgraf
Vice President of Operations
Eric Zinckgraf joined Surgery Partners in February 2008 as Vice President of Operations. Eric brings thirteen years of healthcare management experience, including eleven years with AmSurg Corporation, where he served as Associate Vice-President, Operations, most recently directing a regional office in Tampa, Florida. Prior to his tenure at AmSurg, Eric was a Technical Sales Representative for DIANON Systems, Inc. Eric is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm, having served as Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Eric and his wife, Tiffany, enjoy traveling with their three children.
Nancy Castellana
Payor Relations Director
Ms. Castellana complements Surgery Partners' team with more than twenty years of physician practice operations with an extensive background in contracting and credentialing. Ms. Castellana has been responsible for constant monitoring and renegotiations of contracts. She will be serving as SurgeryPartners' Payor Relations Director. The management, monitoring and renegotiation of contracts is essential to the success of any healthcare business. Nancy brings exceptional relationships and contacts throughout the insurance industry to our partners.
William Milo
Vice President of Administration
William Milo has joined Surgery Partners as our Vice President of Administration. Mr. Milo will oversee all aspects of Human Resources Management including recruitment, organization development, change management, employee relations, compensation and benefit planning, and performance management. Prior to this position Mr. Milo served in the Human Resources Department of Cleveland Clinic Florida and most recently as Associate Administrator of Medical Surgical Specialists, a 70 physician group practice of Health Management Associates (HMA). He holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida State University, a master's degree in Business Administration from Hodges University, and has received his Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.
Christy Mistler
Vice President of Business Development
Christy joined the Surgery Partners team in October of 2007. As Vice President of Business Development, Christy is responsible for recruitment of new surgeons to join the partnerships at our current surgery centers as well as the development of new partnerships by way of Acquisitions and De Novos. Ms. Mistler came to us from GlaxoSmithKline, wherein she served roles in the areas of sales, training and analysis. Prior to that, she was a District Sales Manager with Automatic Data Processing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Marketing from Stetson University with a concentration in Econometrics from Oxford University. Christy’s marketing and sales experience is proving to play a vital role in the ongoing growth and development of Surgery Partners.
